That’s the theme of our office—in the way it looks and how we work. We laugh often, respect always, embrace quirks and forge new trails. It’s our mission to maintain a healthy atmosphere full of happy campers.

Our Core Social Mission
We’re channeling our passion for living Happy Inside Out to help tackle the growing mental health crisis. Anxiety and depression symptoms have more than tripled in recent years, but access to support hasn’t kept up. That’s why we’ve partnered with The JED Foundation, an organization dedicated to mental health and suicide prevention for teens and young adults.
- JED will reach 700,000 students and 10,000 teachers across 7,500 high schools nationwide
- 20 under-resourced schools will receive program scholarships

OLLY is a Public Benefit Corporation, so doing good is in our DNA. We may be young but we still see the importance of doing our part to make a difference, so we’re measuring ourselves against the very best.
We’re also B Corp certified which allows OLLY to build that ethos into the legal backbone of the company so that those values will never be compromised.
